Providing Urgent Assistance to Displaced Gazan Families
As the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues, many families have been forced to flee their homes in search of safety and stability. IDRF is committed to providing urgent support to Gazan evacuees who have arrived in Canada, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and security.
The Need is Urgent
Over 200 families from Gaza have sought refuge in Canada, relying on community support for housing, food, and essential services. However, the demand for assistance continues to grow. 83 additional families are currently on a waitlist, urgently requiring housing support, with an estimated funding need of $636,000. This also does not include their need for food aid.
