Transformation Beyond Imagination
We believe that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and break the cycle of poverty. Sadly, millions of underprivileged children in Pakistan face significant barriers to obtaining a higher education. Approximately, 22.8 million children aged 5 to 16 are out-of-school, with many unable to attend due to financial constraints.
How is IDRF and PEF helping?
IDRF and Professional Education Foundation (PEF) are dedicated to providing access to higher education for underprivileged students in Pakistan. PEF is committed to empowering Pakistani youth by providing financial assistance to bright and deserving students who have gained admission to a professional university in Pakistan but cannot afford to pay their fees.
Our goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to pursue their dreams of becoming a doctor, engineer, or business executive. We work with 41 professional universities across Pakistan to select the most talented and financially deserving students. We don’t discriminate on any basis and believe that every student should have an equal chance to succeed.
