Underwriting Associates Training

In collaboration with The United Way Greater Toronto, The Centre for Young Black Professionals, and Zurich Canada, IDRF is launching an Underwriting Associate Program.

The Underwriting Associate program trains youth aged 18-29, that are either unemployed or underemployed to work in the finance and insurance industries, launch successful careers and connect with other emerging professionals.

This program is an 11-week training program that provides exposure to industry experts, as well as provide technical and soft skills training. Selected applicants will receive a stipend. The 11-week training program is followed up with a 12-week paid internship as an Underwriting Associate.

Eligibility criteria is for women aged between 18-29, currently residing in the Greater Toronto Area.
