Position Summary:
Are you interested in leading an exciting academic support program with a strong track record of helping young Canadians excel in school? If so, we invite you to apply to become the next Senior Program Manager, responsible for the Licensed to Learn (L2L) program.
Reporting to the Director of Global Programs and Social Impact, the Senior Program Manager will oversee and execute the L2L program in schools across Canada. L2L is a free tutoring program in which high-achieving students volunteer to tutor and mentor peers struggling academically. The program is delivered at no cost to students or their families. L2L’s model ensures that students receive support from tutors within the same school who are familiar with the course material. The program creates pathways for both academic and professional success.
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of project management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector. Knowledge of Canada’s education system and familiarity with modern learning tools are considered strong assets.
