Pakistan is facing one of the worst floods in decades.
Torrential monsoon rains and sudden cloudbursts have triggered widespread flooding across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab, and Sindh. Entire villages have been swept away. Crops, homes, and vital infrastructure have been destroyed — leaving millions in urgent need of help.
The need for aid
Families have been displaced into tents, schools, and makeshift camps, with limited access to clean water, food, or sanitation. Children are out of school. Farmers have lost their crops and livestock.
The most vulnerable, including women, children, the elderly, and those with disabilities, face heightened risks of hunger, disease, and further displacement.
