Get Job Ready, powered by RBC Future Launch, teaches youth ages 18-29 how to successfully navigate the job market and how to land their dream job.
Our four-day workshops train participants in the following:

- Develop a Networking Strategy
- Preparing for Job Interviews
- Financial Literacy
- Leveraging Social Media
