Sheikh Hacene has completed a Master’s in Islamic finance (2012) from the UK. In 1993 he graduated in Sharīah (BA) from the Islamic University of Madinah. While there he took the opportunity to study Aqīdah, Fiqh and Hadīth with some of the notable scholars of that blessed city.
Mind, Body and Resilience in Ramadan
Join us this Saturday April 24th from 2PM – 3PM, for a moderated panel discussion with Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Tayyib Rashid, and Psychiatrist Dr. Nahla and Dr. Muhammad Munshi on cultivating and maintaining your mind, body and resilience during Ramadan.
We will discuss:
- Training yourself in Ramadan, to appreciate your body and state of mind as is, and unlearning unhealthy thoughts.
- Debunking myths surrounding body positivity and providing practical tools for remaining body positive during Ramadan.
- Building resilience to avoid burnout in your worship, work, and personal life.
