Breaking barriers in insurance
Ce programme est le fruit d'une collaboration entre Zurich Insurance Canada, Marsh McLennan et le Centre for Young Black Professionals (CEE), conçu pour créer des parcours professionnels significatifs pour les jeunes femmes dans l'industrie de l'assurance.
While progress has been made in gender diversity, with women now representing approximately 60% of the overall insurance workforce, a 2021 study by the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) and McKinsey & Company revealed that fewer than 30% of executive positions are held by women.
This program aims to bridge that gap by providing the training, mentorship, and opportunities needed to support the next generation of industry leaders.
