Introduction to Islamic Calligraphy
Join us for an afternoon of imagination and creativity as IDRF hosts an intro to Islamic Calligraphy workshop with Yasir Watad.
We’ll be at Islamic Center of Verdun on Sunday April 24th 2-5 pm, to reignite the inner artists within. Supplies will be provided, and proceeds from the event will be going towards providing food relief to people in Yemen.
If you cannot make it to the event, you can make a difference today by participating and donating to provide food assistance in Yemen.

Sheikh Hacene has completed a Master’s in Islamic finance (2012) from the UK. In 1993 he graduated in Sharīah (BA) from the Islamic University of Madinah. While there he took the opportunity to study Aqīdah, Fiqh and Hadīth with some of the notable scholars of that blessed city.
