Biking 130km to support Pakistan

Cycling 130km is hard, but the plight of Palestinians is harder. Join us to cycle the Toure de l’Île de Montréal, and raise funds to rebuild the infrastructure in Pakistan.

Our day will begin at 8am, on September 17 for a 7-hour biking adventure across the Tour de l’Île de Montréal. We will have stops along the way for people who want to wish to participate in different distances. (i.e 25K, 50k, or the full 130K)

It’s simple to participate:

Raising awareness for Children’s Mental Health

Amongst all the chaos in the world right now, children have been the most vulnerable. 10% of children and adolescents around the world experience a mental disorder and a vast majority of them do not seek help or receive care. This intensifies for children living within oppressive conditions.

Your donations will be equally going towards the Indian Residential School Survivors Society and IDRF’s educational program for children in Gaza.

Let’s get together to walk in remembrance of the forgotten children, in honour of the children who face the brunt of the turmoils of the world, from Canada to Palestine.

Join us on a 5km hike around Deer Lake Park in Burnaby, BC., followed by exhibition and community event at Masjid Al-Salaam (5060 Canada Way, Burnaby BC, V5E 3N2) from 2PM – 4 PM, Refreshment and snacks will be provided.

Each participant must raise $100-$500 for their own personal fundraising goal
